euro-online.org as submission system
- If you are not yet registered in the euro-online.org database, you must first register there (free of charge, this is not the registration for the conference) at https://www.euro-online.org/web/accounts/register/ before submitting an abstract.
- You can then submit your abstract at https://www.euro-online.org/conf/gor2025/.
- The submission system closes on April 30, 2025 at 23:59 German time (CEST= UTC+2)
Submission guidelines
- Abstracts will be organized in (contributed or invited) sessions of 3 to 4 abstracts (90 minutes each session). Each abstract will have a maximum of 22 minutes for presentation including discussion.
- Abstracts should be written in English with a maximum of 1800 characters (including spaces) and should not contain formulas, mathematical notations or (latex) codes.
- Each abstract should be characterized by 1 to 3 keywords taken from a predefined list.
- The submission MUST be made by the person presenting the paper. In the case of a co-authored paper, the presenter must be listed as the first author.
- An author can submit one abstract. In addition, an abstract can only be submitted once.
